Driver's
License :
A driver's license is required within 30 days for any driver who becomes
a resident of Florida, is employed in Florida, or registers a child
in a Florida Public School. Persons with valid out-of-sate licenses,
new drivers and those with expired permits must take an eye test,
answer 20 questions of road signs and 20 questions on rules and regulations,
and pass a road driving test. New residents must present two pieces
of valid identification, one of which may be their out-of-state license.
